Meet Kayla Forstall, the owner and lead acupuncturist at Wing Acupuncture & Wellness. Holding her Masters in Acupuncture, she treats patients in a private setting and offers community acupuncture monthly at her clinic. Kayla specializes in women’s health, pain management, stress & anxiety, and digestive system care.
Kayla was introduced to acupuncture at 17 years old through her aunt’s infertility journey. Two years later after meeting her baby cousin, Kayla’s passion for holistic healthcare was sparked. She went on to receive a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition prior to earning her Masters in Acupuncture.
Before opening up her clinic, she worked at AOMA clinic and Acupuncture Together of Austin for 4 years where she saw a range of patients for chronic back pain, insomnia, constipation, and other medical needs. Kayla believes in holistic care by empowering patients to unify their mind-body-spirit connection to heal within using acupuncture, meditation, qi gong, and nourishing herbs and food.
